If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system error, or supplier pricing error, Lotsa Goodies reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Oversized Items

Some bulky or heavy products are classified as oversized items. These items may incur additional delivery charges depending on courier costs.

If the actual courier cost exceeds the estimated shipping fee, we may contact you to arrange additional payment. If the actual courier cost is lower than estimated, we may issue store credit for the difference.

7. Delivery Timeframes

  • Urban areas: approximately 4–7 business days
  • Rural delivery: approximately 5–10 business days
  • Oversized items may take longer depending on courier service

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or seasonal demand.

8. Lost or Damaged Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the courier company to investigate the issue and arrange replacement or refund if applicable.
