🚛 Who will deliver my order?

CourierPost, Aramex (Fastway), or other courier services.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

✏️ Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Once an order has been confirmed we are unable to change the delivery address.
Please contact the courier company directly for redirection options.

📦 I didn’t pick up my package. What happens now?

If your parcel is returned to us, we will refund the item(s) only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚫 The courier couldn’t access my address?

Some rural or restricted areas may not be serviceable.
Please consider using a local post office or alternative delivery address.
